Constitution Day, also observed as National Day, marks the promulgation of Nepal's 2015 constitution, which established the country as a federal democratic republic after decades of political change. The main state ceremony is held at the Tundikhel ground in Kathmandu, with cultural performances from the Nepal Army, Police and Armed Police Force, alongside a separate evening event at the President's official residence.
